We will explore 28 Yin yoga poses and their variations while integrating them with the Chinese meridian & organ system. Learn the Yin Body Balance Method so you can teach these poses in your own classes. We will focus on the various asanas and their link to women’s health and hormone balance. Find out the ‘why’ behind this type of yin yoga.
Women’s Health
Women’s health issues are on the rise with 80% of women struggling with period pain, 1 in 4 women struggling with fertility issues and 1 in 8 with thyroid disorders. You will learn common health conditions that women face everyday and how you can help support them through yin yoga.
Chinese Meridian System
Use and harness the body’s natural healing systems for deepened lasting impact. Learn the 12 main Chinese meridians, the extraordinary meridians, fu organs and how to incorporate them into your Yin yoga classes.

One thing Canggu is well known for is the beautiful sunsets, abundant choices of chic cafes and delicious restaurants.
